Our steel service center has its own large warehouse with modern and advanced machinery. We also have
well-established partners in Europe, enabling us to deliver
materials quickly and cost-effectively in both small and large quantities. We can deliver anything from a few kilos to several tons,
edge-planed, rolled, cut and also cut according to your wishes.

Lego processing of strip steel and sheet metal.

- Do you have the right type of material but the wrong thickness, width or format in stock? Send your
material to us and we will help you. We can roll down to the right thickness, cut down to the desired
width, plane and even deburr the edges or cut coil to sheets. In addition to this, we can also
straighten material that is laterally curved. You get a personal contact directly who is with you until your
material is delivered.

Cutting:

At Bångbro Strip Steel we offer subcontract cutting of strip steel that you have in stock in too large
width. Perhaps you have changed the tool so that it requires a smaller strip width, or you
quickly need a different width for a prototype series. Whatever the reason, we can process your
stock material regardless of quantity!

Mowing:

Bångbro Strip Steel offers customized cutting even of strip steel you have in stock. We cut
the strip steel to your specification. Whether you need one sheet or several tons, we are here
to help you.

Edge planing:

We offer edge processing by planing. Our edge planers have high precision and very good
repeatability. Compared to traditional edge grinding, planing is a cost-effective and fast
production method. We can produce different types of edge designs such as chamfered, round and
straight planed edges. With the help of precision measurement of the width by laser, we can keep very tight
width tolerances. The width is also digitally logged throughout the ring and documented. CP and CPK
values are calculated as well as min and max values for the entire ring.

Rolling:

We offer subcontract rolling of your own stock material. We roll strip steel thicknesses up to 5 mm
with a maximum width of 250 mm. The purpose of the subcontract rolling can be to make the material harder,
roll to a non-standard thickness or to achieve very tight thickness tolerances or
non-standard tolerances.

Rewinding:

We can rewind your material if you want to change the outer diameter, ring weight or inner diameter. We can
also rewind the material at low speed to visually inspect it. If you need to have the belts
degreased/washed, we can do that too!
